Pulse Vintage (hereinafter, also referred to as the Website) is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, due to the non-conformity of the aspects indicated below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a. Non-conformity with RD 1112/2018: Not applicable. It complies with 100% of the web accessibility criteria.
b. Disproportionate burden: Not applicable.
c. Content not within the scope of applicable legislation:
- There may be office files in PDF and other formats published before 20 September 2018 that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements. However, efforts have been made to ensure that most of them do comply.
- There may be third-party content not developed by or under the control of this Unit, such as images, interactive maps, videos, documents, players, etc.
- There may be pre-recorded files published before 20 September 2018 that do not fully comply with all accessibility requirements.
- Parts or the entirety of the website may have been created with a CMS (WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, etc.), and due to system updates or changes, some generated or auto-generated content may not comply with all accessibility regulations.

The currently visible version of this website is from 26/09/2024, and the review of the prevailing accessibility level was carried out on that date.
From this date onwards, partial daily reviews are conducted on newly created or modified web content, including templates and final published pages and documents, to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of Standard UNE-EN 301549:2022, considering the exceptions of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September.
Among other measures, the following actions have been adopted to facilitate accessibility:
